It’s super easy to use! I did three treatments in a half hour. I noticed some minor results and will do more soon! The mouthwash isn’t very tasty, but it is only 10 seconds. Then you apply the coats of the activator, and that is tingly on my gums, but not unbearable. Lastly, the light…so easy! It is timed and turns off after 2 minutes! Awesome!
