July – Sept (2012) Movies Watched

Long-awaited, I’m sure. Just kidding. These are the movies I watched from July to September 2012. In July I was still in South Carolina and for August/September we were living in Orlando. Most movies were watched in July and September – simply due to August being very busy with just moving, new jobs, etc. And, so, here are the movies I watched:

Open Season 3 – Cute movie, clean animation. Nice story line. It was super cute…go watch it!

OpenSeason3Everybody’s Fine – Family movie. Sentimental, sad, happy…growing as a family kind of movie. It’s good, but it’s the kind of movie where ya most everyone is fine, but ya not everyone is.

EverybodysFine20 Years After – This was an interesting about about after the devastation. of an apocalypse..no great movie though. Well not to me. But, it’s about a woman who’s about to have the first baby in 15 years…and moving forward.

20YearsAfterGhost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance – I should first say, I have a thing for Nicholas Cage, why I don’t know. I mean, it is getting less as he gets older, but it’s still there. Geez. So, I had to watch this. I mean, I watched the first one. I liked it, action, demons, fire…all good.

GhostRider_2The Vow – I am such a sap. I eat this stuff right up. A wife looses her memories of the past important years and her husband has to figure out how to win her back! Awe!

TheVowSpaceballs – I’ve seen this movie lots and lots of times. I own it, Pete owns it…haha. It’s just one of those movies that’s so ridiculously fun! May the Schwarts be with you!

SpaceballsImmortals – I actually forgot I watched this movie and rewatched months later. I’m a sucker for movies done in ancient times…Greece/Rome/Egypt..you got me. But, the first time I watched this, we were packing to move to FL…so I wasn’t watching it with all of my attention on it. Anyway, I liked it. LOL.

ImmortalsThe Decoy Bride – Different and quirky. But, it all works out for the best in the end.

TheDecoyBrideHello Sister, Goodbye Life – A brat having to grow up by taking care of their younger sibling. Oh this story has been told. But really, she grows and becomes a better person and happier in the end.

Alice: Part 1 – This must’ve been a TV mini-series, but I enjoyed the take on the story. Seemed modern whimsical…which was good and alright for me. You will notice that it was a while before I watched the 2nd part, as it’s not in this time span. 🙂
